It is designed to help organizations prepare their employees for social engineering, phishing attacks and credential theft.Organizations can use Managed Security Awareness training and phishing simulations to teach their employees about security incidents, Arctic Wolf noted. It offers insights to help employees stop social engineering attacks, recognize current threats, avoid scams and understand the importance of reporting security issues.In addition, Managed Security Awareness includes 24x7 account monitoring and notifies an organization any time employee credentials are found on the dark web, Arctic Wolf noted. That way, an organization can use the solution to quickly respond to security incidents and minimize their impact. Furthermore, an Arctic Wolf Concierge Security Engineer handles Managed Security Awareness program onboarding, implementation and coaching, the company said. The engineer also helps an organization review employee participation, phishing test results and the security culture across its workforce.
