Pax8's new CFO: Cloud commerce marketplace Pax8 last week announced the appointment of Craig Foster as its new chief financial officer. In this role, Foster will set the financial course for Pax8 and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial strategy. Foster will report to CEO Scott Chasin. Foster has 25 years of management experience in finance, operations and capital markets, having served as CFO of several public and private technology companies, including Ubiquiti, Bright Machines and Financial Engines. Before joining Pax8, he was the CFO of PicsArt, a consumer software company.GreatAmerica's financial risk and ops executive retirement: GreatAmerica Financial Services announced the retirement of Marty Klees, senior vice president of risk and operations - corporate strategy. Klees was the 25th employee of GreatAmerica, and joined GreatAmerica in September 1995 in an accounting role. Over the next 30 years, he ascended into various senior-level positions, including senior vice president (SVP) and general manager of the Communications and Data business unit, SVP of corporate operations, and SVP and chief risk officer (CRO).
