CyberArk Extends Privileged Cloud Platform to Accenture Strategic Partnership

CyberArk has extended its strategic partnership with Accenture to include its privilege cloud setup, the companies announced.

The CyberArk solution enables Accenture to control and monitor privileged access across on-premises, cloud and hybrid infrastructures for clients, the company said. In turn, Accenture said it will benefit from incorporating the privilege cloud platform into its own cyber defense strategy, allowing it to implement the same level of cybersecurity it delivers to clients to protect sensitive data and critical systems.

The end result is to enable enterprise-level zero trust through an advanced solution of identity security and privileged access management, the partners said.

“Accenture is one of our most successful advisory partners with a strong CyberArk identity security practice,” CyberArk chief executive Matt Cohen said. “Accenture recognizes that a robust cybersecurity program and identity security are competitive advantages that take business resilience and strategic execution to a new level. Given their deep understanding of the security market, we are pleased they will continue to use CyberArk Privilege Cloud to deliver advanced cybersecurity controls for clients, but also utilize it themselves.”

CyberArk Charts Growth

CyberArk has gained new customer accounts during the second quarter 2023, according to a Zack’s report. The company has added nearly 250 new accounts during the period and half of them are using multiple CyberArk solutions, the report said. Among these new clients, there are reportedly two Fortune 500 companies, one in transportation and the other in the energy sector.
