Global IT distributor
Ingram Micro unveiled a range of cybersecurity and business milestones during the company's Ingram ONE conference last week.
Among the key moves to note: Ingram is now a
Palo Alto Networks Authorized Support Center (ASC), according to the company. As such, Ingram offers Level 1 and Level 2 post-sales support for Palo Alto Networks.
Also, Ingram and
Cloud Harmonics, an IT and network security provider that Ingram
acquired in December 2017, can sell Palo Alto Networks branded support contracts in line with ASC program requirements, the companies said. This ensures that Ingram and Cloud Harmonics can help channel partners solve technical support issues.
Ingram has announced programs to support
Juniper Networks and
Arctic Wolf Networks that could extend the company's cybersecurity market reach.
Ingram now provides Juniper solutions for mid-market and small enterprises in a monthly recurring platform built on its financial services offerings, the companies said. Furthermore, Arctic Wolf's MSP & MSP+ programs are now available via Ingram; Ingram previously
partnered with Arctic Wolf last year.
Ingram Updates Security Practice Builder
The Ingram Security Practice Builder Program,
announced last year, continues to move forward as well.
To date, Ingram has aligned its portfolio around Security Practice Builder and added managed security services offerings from
Critical Start and
Digital Hands, both of which are
Top 200 MSSPs for 2019. It also has added services from
Normshield, a security rating services provider.
