New Relic, an Intelligent Observability company, is doubling down on its channel strategy with a revamped Partner Program aimed at helping partners capitalize on the growing demand for AI-powered observability. The move reflects a broader push to integrate New Relic’s platform with a wide range of enterprise tools and unlock new agentic AI use cases through its open partnership ecosystem.

The revamped program includes new financial incentives, simplified certifications, and tailored go-to-market support aimed at improving partner profitability and technical readiness. It also introduces new tools and training focused on emerging areas like AI and cloud observability. These updates help partners integrate New Relic’s Intelligent Observability Platform into a range of enterprise systems, unlocking real-time insights and actionable data for both business and technology teams.

A key focus of the expansion is New Relic’s open partnership ecosystem, which allows organizations to extend observability into best-of-breed solutions. The company’s investments in partner enablement—including the addition of specialized program tracks and platform integrations—are designed to support varied partner strategies, from managed services to vertical-specific system integration.

In parallel, New Relic is helping partners harness AI with expanded support for agentic AI use cases. This includes integrations with Amazon Q Business and GitHub Copilot for Microsoft Azure, enabling teams to surface relevant observability data directly in development and operational workflows. These capabilities allow engineers and developers to detect issues faster, automate responses, and make better-informed decisions—all while staying embedded within the platforms they already use.

Through these program enhancements, New Relic aims to strengthen its channel relationships and drive broader adoption of AI-powered observability in the enterprise. The result is a more agile partner ecosystem equipped to meet the evolving needs of modern IT operations.
