Check Point Software Technologies has purchased Perimeter 81 to bolster its security service edge (SSE) and secure access service edge (SASE) capabilities, according to a prepared statement.Under the terms of the agreement, Check Point is acquiring Perimeter 81 for approximately $490 million on a cash- and debt-free basis, the company reported.
